A sales rep’s primary job is closing deals, yet they spend hours bogged down in email threads—jumping between their inbox and Highspot to find documents, answer questions, and build proposals. This constant context switching leads to frustration and lost productivity.

As the designer on the project, I was responsible for the initial market research and worked with the PM to generate and validate core use cases. This also involved understanding the feasibility of integration from devs and mapping out the intricate user flows required to make the inbox integration feels natural.
