Overview
Highspot is an agentic platform enabling GTM teams across Content, Training & Buyer engagement. All the content in Highspot is primarily supposed to facilitate sales reps with the correct content for every stage of a deal, hence helping sales reps to achieve their sales goals. The next step would be to enable sales reps consume content more efficiently without changing the existing content management system.
Multi-modal content consumption enables sales reps to consume content in a way that is easier to understand, so they can effectively use them for winning deals.
Proposed Solution
Enable sales reps to consume content beyond static documents through AI-generated summaries, podcasts, and other multimodal formats, so they can effectively use them for winning deals.
Audio Summary


I led the end-to-end design for the audio summaries making sure it scales for all types of documents across desktop and mobile. I was also involved in designing the prompt that is creating the abridged summary in the backend.
Audio Podcast


In parallel with Audio summaries, Designed an end-to-end podcast creation workflow including generation, playback, transcript synchronization, and reusable audio player components that later became part of Highspot's design system.
Designing for real word


To ensure the product work seamlessly I designed for corner cases and system feedback making the user journey stays frictionless.
How AI played important role
Faster Ideation: Extensive ideation was done by building initial prototypes with Figma Make. Using polar components for prototyping proved to be a game changer as alignment with stakeholders became easy.
PM-Design Brainstorming session: I used cursor with my PM to create the backend prompt. We tested of lots of prompts with large set of document before we got the perfect backend prompt.
Cost-aware AI Design: I designed features with design tokens in mind which saves millions for Highspot using on-demand generation for audio summary and podcasts.
